The check-in process could be more straightforward!!! Signage needs improvement to ensure easy property navigation!!! Housekeeping should prioritize better standards, as unclean linens and missing essential items do not meet expectations!!!

i was shocked to find there was no coffee in the lobby, and the room had horrible condensation on the floor. i had high expectations, so imagine my absolute disbelief when i wasn’t offered an upgrade for the inconveniences. this place is a joke, and it’s just sad because i almost considered a good review but just couldn’t.

the easy check-in and clean room made settling in a breeze. I loved that i could easily walk to nearby places like the state capitol and daniel boone park to explore everything charleston has to offer especially if you enjoy taking strolls through beautiful green spaces.
